The Baltimore Orioles are planning to recall their No. 4 prospect, outfielder Heston Kjerstad, to replace the injured Austin Hays.   The Orioles plan to recall outfield prospect Heston Kjerstad on Tuesday, a source with direct knowledge tells The Baltimore Sun.
