Right-hander Mason Thompson has been optioned to Triple-A Rochester as the corresponding active roster move. Right-hander Vinny Nittoli is signing a minor league deal with the Orioles, reports Roch Kubatko of MASNsports.com. He opted out of a minor league pact with the Brewers last week.
