Should the Nationals pursue Alex Bregman this offseason?

A year ago, it seemed like the Nationals were among the frontrunners to sign Astros third baseman Alex Bregman. Although Brady House has arrived to the big leagues and Luis Garcia Jr is still around, is there still value in the Nationals signing Bregman?
