It is no secret that June has not been kind to the Nats. A 5-18 June has sent the season and the rebuild into a tailspin. However, the Nats have a chance to finish the month strong against a scrappy Angels team that is sitting at .500.
The Nats will role out a familiar lineup to start the second half of their season. CJ Abrams and James Wood sit atop the lineup. Riley Adams will get yet another start behind the dish. Josh Bell will be back at DH after sitting on Wednesday. Jake Irvin will take the mound for the Nats.

The Angels announced they will be without their manager Ron Washington for the rest of the season. They will also be without their shortstop Zach Neto tonight. Kevin Newman will be in there in his place. Mike Trout will hit third and DH tonight. Jose Soriano will be on the mound for the Halos.
