Delmarva was rained out but the rest of the farm system rolled to victory on Saturday.

Triple-A: Norfolk Tides 4, Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp 2

With a .219 team average and .691 OPS, it wouldn’t be right to say Norfolk is hitting of late. But when your starter holds the competition to two runs and two hits in six innings, that’ll play some days. Ofelky Peralta earned his first Triple-A win in his second outing with the Tides while walking four and striking out three. David Lebron threw three perfect innings, retiring all nine batters he faced and whiffing four.

The Tides’ offense came on a Mason McCoy solo home run, a J.C. Escarra RBI single on a 2-for-4 day, a Zach Jarrett RBI double, and a wild pitch that allowed Kelvin Gutiérrez to score. Robert Neustrom was hitless but walked twice.

Double-A: Bowie Baysox 3, Somerset Patriots 1

The Baysox won their third game in a row thanks to an early two-run double from the rehabbing Yusniel Díaz. The Baysox wouldn’t score again until the ninth inning, a solo run coming courtesy of a Seth Mejías-Brean single, but it wouldn’t matter, thanks to Cody Sedlock’s excellent start. (Meanwhile, Díaz also reached on a walk, and Adley Rutschman went 1-for-3 with walk and a run scored.)

Sedlock, the 2016 first-rounder, allowed just four hits, a solo home run the only real damage among ‘em, and he struck out five batters in 5 2/3 innings. As The Verge pointed out, Sedlock has allowed just four runs in his last 16.2 IP with 18 K’s.

Logan Gillaspie (2.84 ERA) pitched 2.1 perfect innings and Felix Bautista (0.68 ERA) got the save with a clean ninth.

High-A: Aberdeen IronBirds 5, Jersey Shore BlueClaws 3

Jordan Westburg hit his eighth homer of the season and has a 33-game on-base streak going right now. J.D. Mundy added an RBI double, CF Hudson Haskin had two hits and scored two runs, and AJ Graffanino went 3-for-4 with two runs batted in.

It was a bullpen game for Aberdeen, which split up the innings as follows: Ignacio Feliz (1.1 IP, 1 H, 1 ER, 4 BB), Morgan McSweeney (1.2 IP, 0 H, 0 ER, 1 BB, 3 SO), Ryan Watson (3.0 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 3 SO), Garrett Farmer (2.0 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 2 SO), and Shelton Perkins (1.0 IP, 2 H, 2 R, 2 SO). Perkins allowed two solo dingers in the ninth inning, but the BlueClaws didn’t get any closer than that.
