Frank Urbina: Former Iona guard Asante Gist will be joining the Washington Wizards for Summer League, per source. Gist played under Rick Pitino at Iona and averaged 13.4 points and 3.6 assists last year, leading the team to the NCAA Tourney, and was named the MAAC Conference Tourney MVP.
