Pregame notes
The Washington Mystics have been treading around .500 this season, but have been having trouble maintaining that level! Tomorrow night, they have a chance, though a small one, to get back to .500, or in other words to a 9-9 record.
The opponent is the Minnesota Lynx, currently one of the elite teams in the league. The Lynx are virtually unbeaten at home. Well, they are unbeaten at home at 8-0!
Can the Mystics upset here? That would be a huge surprise, and give the Lynx their first home loss.
The Mystics are also dealing with multiple nagging injuries, though three of those are GTD, so things could look up for the Mystics. Amoore is still out though which is not ideal.
