Maryland women’s finished seventh at the Big Ten championships over the weekend, posting a team score of nine-over-par. On the individual leaderboards, the Terps had three golfers finish in the top 25, with Patricie Mackova and Nicha Kanpai earning top-20 finishes.
Mackova and Kanpai finished tied for 17th, both shooting one-over par. Virginia Bossi was two shots behind, finishing tied for 23rd.
Three other Terps competed: Maria Vittoria Corbi shot eight-over par, Panassaya Somchit earned a score of 14-over-par and Karla Elena Vázquez Setzer finished 15-over-par.
Maryland’s NCAA regional selection will be revealed Wednesday afternoon.
