After activating TE Josh Oliver, Ravens have no players on reserve/COVID-19 list

The Ravens had five active-roster players miss their Week 15 loss to the Green Bay Packers while on the reserve/COVID-19 list, and 10 sat out their Week 16 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.
