Former Baltimore Ravens defensive lineman Haloti Ngata made a massive impact during his nine years with the team. He accumulated nearly 450 total tackles and was a staple on the front seven of many vaunted Baltimore defensive units that also housed players such as Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Terrell Suggs and plenty of others.
Ngata will be inducted into the Ravens’ Ring of Honor during halftime of the team’s Week 5 matchup with the Indianapolis Colts on Monday Night Football. Baltimore offensive coordinator Greg Roman was asked about the former defensive tackle, and he reflected on Ngata as both a player and as a person.

Roman gushed about how many greats have already made their way into the Ravens’ Ring of Honor, with Ngata being the latest inductee. He joins a long list of players that have helped build the culture that the team has today, and there’s no doubt that Ngata is one of the best to ever suit up in purple and black.
