Washington Commanders general manager Adam Peters participated in his first pre-draft press conference as a GM on Thursday, ahead of the 2024 NFL draft. Assistant GM Lance Newmark joined Peters in the question-and-answer session with the media.
This was Peters’ fourth time speaking to the media since his hiring as general manager back in January. If we’ve learned anything from Peters, it is that he isn’t going to reveal much. That strategy is why everyone in the NFL is guessing what the Commanders will do at No. 2 overall in next week’s draft.
While Peters didn’t reveal who Washington planned to select next week, he did give some interesting answers about the Commanders’ draft plans.
