The Washington Football Team was back on the practice field Monday, preparing for their first preseason game of the summer.

So the theme of Monday’s practice was a sense of urgency. Head coach Ron Rivera wanted his team to understand how important game week was. Washington is treating this week like it is a game during the regular season.
Washington’s players have been competitive all summer long, especially the offensive line going against the defensive line.
Washington had some players missing on Monday, but the absences were mostly precautionary.
