Jones, who was the subject of trade rumors this offseason due to reported unhappiness with his contract situation, has recorded five sacks and a pair of forced fumbles today. Arizona is destroying the Tennessee Titans, and Jones is a major reason why.
The two-time All-Pro only played in five games last season before suffering a torn bicep.
However, he clearly looks healthy and capable of returning to the form that got him 19 sacks in 2019 and 72.5 total from 2015-19.
Five sacks on the day for #AZCardinals Chandler Jones. Those contract desires are extremely warranted.

Chandler Jones has logged his 2nd career game with 4+ sacks and 2+ forced fumbles (also Week 16, 2019 at SEA)
Jones is the only player to accomplish that feat in multiple games in the last 20 years#ARIvsTEN

Jones had a couple of four-sack games two years ago, including the one against the Seahawks mentioned in the above tweet. He also produced four sacks against the New York Giants in 2019.
With Jones leading the defense and Kyler Murray (five total touchdowns) leading the offense, it has been a dominant opening performance for the Cardinals. They lead the Titans 38-13 late in the fourth quarter.
