The Pittsburgh Steelers and the Detroit Lions are currently tied, 16-16, in overtime on Sunday afternoon.
Instead of giving both teams a tie, perhaps the NFL should rule that both teams are deserving of a loss.
We’re kidding – kind of. The finish to Sunday afternoon’s game between the Steelers and the Lions is one of the worst we’ve ever seen.
It’s just bad football.
So far in the Detroit-Pittsburgh overtime:
Missed Field Goal
Snap over head
Fumble lost
Fumble regained
Dropped pass
5 Penalties (one declined)
3 Punts
2 Interceptions dropped
2 Sacks— Dan Wetzel (@DanWetzel) November 14, 2021
Yikes.

He’s not wrong.
And, technically, if both teams finish the game with a tie, they’ll kind of receive half of a win and half of a loss.
