Sunday afternoon’s game between the New England Patriots and the Cleveland Browns was billed as one of the top games of the week.
It’s been anything but that – for Cleveland, anyway.
The Patriots are crushing the Browns, 38-7, on Sunday afternoon. New England, led by rookie quarterback Mac Jones, is dominating Baker Mayfield and the Cleveland Browns.
The game has been such a blowout, that CBS has turned away from the game with roughly a quarter to play.
CBS just jumped out of the Browns game.
Do you know how shitty you have to be playing for CBS to yank programming?
That’s how shitty the Browns are playing.

It’s pretty rare for a network to turn away from a game like this. Despite the blowout, not everyone is happy with the move…
The Pats played so well that CBS dumped them for a better game and DirecTV never activated the Pats on channel 706 because DirecTV is consistently terrible at all times. They don’t want us to see our hero Mac Jones!!!!!

Hey @DIRECTV you suck. Put the Pats game on channel 706. Do you guys work on Sundays?
— Bill Simmons (@BillSimmons) November 14, 2021
Hey thanks! We made it! It’s on 706! We did it! It only took 15 minutes!

Patriots fans, meanwhile, are enjoying what the move says.
CBS deemed the Patriots decimation of the Cleveland Browns as NSFW
… and they should. Children shouldn’t be allowed to watch.

lol CBS just switched from Browns-Patriots before the third quarter even ended

The Patriots will improve to 6-4 with a win on Sunday, while the Browns are set to drop to 5-5 on the year with the loss.
Today’s game is airing on (some) CBS channels.
