Pittsburgh Steelers fans are holding their collective breath on Sunday afternoon.
The Steelers, who are already without star quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, have now lost star defensive player T.J. Watt.
Watt suffered an apparent lower-body injury during Sunday afternoon’s game against the Detroit Lions.
The Steelers star suffered the injury on a sack of Lions quarterback Jared Goff. It reportedly did not look very good.
Oh no, oh no. TJ Watt sacks Jared Goff and immediately grabbed for his knee. The #Steelers medical staff goes hustling out to the field.

Watt has since been ruled “questionable” to return on Sunday.

Steelers fans are naturally pretty concerned. However, they appear to be relieved that it’s not a knee injury.
“Video looked like a left knee injury for Watt, but the team announcing a hip injury,” one fan tweeted.
“Thank god it wasn’t the knee,” another fan added.
“Hip? Whew,” another fan wrote on Twitter.
We’ll likely get more clarity on Watt’s situation following the game.
Pittsburgh and Detroit are tied, 16-16, late in the fourth quarter.
