James Harden’s debut with the Philadelphia 76ers is going to have to wait.
Harden is going to be out through the All-Star break as he continues to rehab his hamstring. Harden will also not play in the All-Star game.
The Sixers say James Harden is out through the All-Star break as he continues to rehabilitate his left hamstring, and that he won’t play in the All-Star Game.

Harden was traded to the 76ers last Thursday as the Nets knew they likely weren’t going to keep him after this year.
The Nets got Ben Simmons, Seth Curry, Andre Drummond, and a couple of first-round draft picks in return for him.
Even before Harden got traded, he had missed three prior games due to that hamstring injury. So far this season, he’s played 44 games and is averaging 22.5 points per game, plus eight rebounds and 10 assists per game.
The NBA world is already looking at replacements for Harden in the All-Star Game.
Tyler Herro has another shot as an All-Star reserve 👁… Jarrett Allen or Pascal Siakam might get the nod tho https://t.co/oPLp5vc30p

Harden actually being injured is shocking, atleast we know he was actually held out because of injury the past few games. https://t.co/PsxH3fAIEF

With Harden out and Zach LaVine also banged up, Pascal Siakam could be Cleveland bound for All-Star, after all. Jarrett Allen from the host Cavs would be high on the list of potential injury replacements as well. Again, Adam Silver makes the call. https://t.co/O2fg04VTYF

Josh Hart is the only correct replacement. https://t.co/3m84M7SGz7

In Houston, Harden played through injuries that he was advised against doing all the time. He hates being sidelined.
The idea that he was faking an injury when it’s impossible to get the guy to miss games was always laughable https://t.co/HvinyDEK4u

Jarrett Allen should be the Eastern Conference All-Star replacement reserve here for James Harden. https://t.co/79ptAZNjFt

NBA better not mess it up twice… Jarrett Allen is an NBA allstar https://t.co/pvnQmDjLhi
